Rileys run a growing number of sports venues across the UK. Their sports and leisure website was very much a promotional tool but had no real sales value to their business. They needed a new website that also enabled the move to a new EPOS booking system integration, making it easiers to use for customers and drive new bookings.
Working with the Rileys team and the new booking system platform we designed and built the new site, ensuring there where clear user journeys from landing on the homepage to easily finding the appropriate venue, see the facilities available and leading users to booking quickly through the new booking platform.
Integrating new booking systems, especially for a gaming table led venue, can be tricky. Working with the teams and providing design input throughout we implemented a user friendly booking journey that utilises a WordPress website front end and seemless journey through the booking process.
